Clients are solely responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents. Oriental Travel Planner will not be responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or exit due to improper documentation.
4. Changes & Amendments
Any changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may attract additional charges as per supplier policies.

· Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes , Natural calamities, political unrest, strikes, or force majeure events
· Loss, injury, accident, or damage caused by third-party service providers
· Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid to us for the specific service.
