Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are applicable as per the date of cancellation and supplier policies.

1. Cancellation by Client

Cancellation charges may apply as follows (unless otherwise specified in writing):

30 days or more before departure: Minimal service charges

15–29 days before departure: 25% – 50% of total tour cost

7–14 days before departure: 50% – 75% of total tour cost

Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges

Note: Actual charges may vary depending on airlines, hotels, and service providers.

2. Cancellation of Individual Services

Hotels, flights, and transport bookings are governed by their respective cancellation policies, which may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Oriental Travel Planner

In rare circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unavoidable reasons. In such cases, clients will be offered:

An alternative option, or

A refund of the amount received, excluding non-recoverable expenses.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.

No refund shall be provided for unused services once the tour has commenced.
